Home Care Services

 

Companion Care 

With companion care, our caregivers offer companionship and socialization for a minimum of 2 hours per week. We are able to stimulate mental awareness through reminiscing about the past and discussing current and historical events. We also are able to help with activities of daily living which include but are not limited to helping with morning routine and wake-up, evening routine and tuck-in, clothing selection, diet monitoring, meal planning and prep (including checking for food expiration dates,) arrange and provide appointment reminders, aide in bill paying, writing letters, monitor TV usage, playing board games or cards, participating and coordinating crafts, light housekeeping and care for pets. We also remind and monitor medication administration. We are able to assist with mobility restrictions, offer transportation to and from appointments, shopping, outings or other errands. Charting activities of daily living and any signs of change is an everyday practice for our caregivers.

Personal Care

In addition to the above services provided in companion care, we want to be sure you or your loved one are safe and comfortable at home. Our Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants offer hands on care that include but are not limited to assisting with bathing or hair care, personal care (such as dental hygiene, shaving, lotion application, nail care, etc.,) continence care, or dressing assistance. Our care staff are also able to change dressings from wound care, check vitals, assist with medication administration, and medical equipment. Our caregivers are also able to assist with Alzheimer's and Dementia care. 

 

​24-Hour Care

If you are in need, we offer in home 24-hour care to our clients for a lower rate. A rotation of a few consistent caregivers throughout the week will take care of your companion and custodial care as well as any personal care needs for you or your loved one.

Hospice Care

We understand the need for not only maintaining compassionate palliative care, but meeting the needs and expections of the client and their family by involving them in the care plan and maintaining as much communication as necessary. Whether you or your loved one is living at home or that of a care facility, our professional care staff will aide in the best way to ensure optimum comfort is provided. With Hospice Care we offer regular skilled nursing visits, massage therapy, music therapy, amongst a host of other services. 

 

Respite Care

There are times when care is needed for a short duration. We hand select from a pool of experienced and conscientious care providers to assist when there is much needed rest for family or friends. This can be a challenging and emotional time in one's life. We encourage a healthy and balanced life for all those involved during the caregiving process.
