The Set-Up Process

We are then able to set up an in-person meeting in which we are able to come to your home. This allows us to match you with an ideal caregiver that will not only meet your needs on a physical level but a personal level, as well. Our caregivers are thoroughly screened with background checks, drug tests and multiple face-to-face meetings in order to promise you, our client, peace of mind and a professional relationship.
 
You are given a folder of confidentiality paperwork, a non-contractual service agreement and client information with care plan and pricing. Paperwork can be signed and either mailed back in a prepaid envelope or dropped off at our office.
 
An initial RN assessment will be set up at the home to identify fall risks, hazards and client information to assist in establishing the care plan. 
 
You will be able to choose the caregiver who best suits your needs and to your exact specifications. The caregiver will arrive at your home on start date. 
 
We accept private pay, private insurance, and soon Medicare. We also work with county social and waiver programs.
